Supreme Custom Boxes owns the materials used in creating the products, and these materials are not shared or offered to other parties.


All rights are reserved by Supreme Custom Boxes. By using the site, you acknowledge that all content and information displayed on the site, including software data, written material, photos, graphics, illustrations, forms, maps, and all other content collectively referred to as “Our Website’s Content,” is the property of Supreme Custom Boxes.


If you discover any flaws in the printing of your product or if the printing does not meet your specifications, inform the organization within three working days of receiving your order. If it is verified that an error exists on our end, we will proceed with reprinting, but refunds will not be issued. The client is responsible for providing digital photos of the defective product within seven days. Charges for accelerated orders are non-refundable.


To place an order on Supreme Custom Boxes, submit the final form, which includes the products or services requested through hard copy or electronic file. Once the order is placed, printing tasks are promptly sent to the press office to begin work. No changes are allowed once the printing task is sent to the press office.


Orders can be canceled within 4 hours from the time the task is approved, incurring a 5% cancellation fee. Clients have 24 hours to cancel their order, with a 50% charge on the total payment. No guarantee is provided for order cancellations after 24 hours.


Review the final form (proof) before approval, checking for errors in layout, spacing, punctuation, copying, image position, and printed content. The client is responsible for everything filled in the final approved proof. Color accuracy is not guaranteed due to printing limitations, and the organization is not responsible for color variations between expected and printed work.


Once complete payment and order details with artwork are received, the printing turnaround time begins. Supreme Custom Boxes is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control. In case of delays from our end, a refund may be issued. Customer satisfaction is a priority, and any unclear terms and conditions can be clarified by contacting us for more details.
